The Council is a dynamic, non-profit association located in the urban hub of Penn Quarter, just steps away from the Navy/Archives Metro station. Representing the top commercial brokerage firms and agencies in the United States and around the world, The Council is currently seeking a Talent Management Associate to support our People and Culture internally and Leadership & Management Resources, which offers talent development resources to members. This is an entry to mid-level role providing great exposure into overall talent management.

Skills, Educational Background and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. PHR and/or SPHR certification is preferred.
Other Skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems is desired.
