The Cleaning Authority Hiring for Employee Relations Administrator Job at Morrisville, NC Full Time

We are looking for our Employees Relations Administrator. This role is to ensure that our office is a great place for great people to work and develop our staff to take the next steps in their career path. Improved employee recruitment, employee retention, and customer satisfaction are the primary outcomes that we are looking for from this position. We have two locations, Morrisville, NC and Raleigh, NC.

Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

· Improve/redesign our employee hiring strategy and oversee the hiring/employee onboarding process

· Oversee the employee training program from the perspectives of company, the trainers, and the trainees

· Assist in the training and professional development of our employees

· Design and implement a program to improve and maintain employee morale

· Maintain employee social media communications platforms

· Perform quality control inspections

· Assist in sales, customer service and daily operational management of the office(s)

· Inventory management

This is a full-time position, salaried, scheduled for Monday-Friday. Opportunities for promotion and bonuses. Paid holidays and vacation. Requirements:

· Driver’s License

· Authorized to work in United States

· Spanish (strongly preferred)

· Human Resource experience (preferred)

· Computer Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
