This position is based in Conover, NC. NOT REMOTE

We have an incredible opportunity for a Recruiter/Career Advocate/Staffing Specialist to join our team! As a recruiter, you will help employees find jobs and help local companies find top-notch talent. What you’ll do:
A typical day as an Account Manager may include: writing, posting and promoting job descriptions, screening candidates by phone or in person interviews, entering employee data into our applicant tracking system, payroll, and responding to and addressing employee and client inquires.

What you’ll need to bring:

A professional attitude and a passion for customer service

Dependability

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Human Resources or Administrative experience preferred

Payroll experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and as a team

A high level of adaptability and the ability to multitask
