Answer all incoming calls to the Nurse On Demand Triage or Overflow contact centers using appropriate protocols.

Employee will utilize the Contact Center telephone system to answer incoming calls to the School of Medicine clinics using pre-defined protocols to schedule, modify and cancel patient appointments. Employee will also utilize Cerner Powerchart to send both clinical and non-clinical messages to providers and department staff.
