Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated person to work closely with our customer base and our management team to coordinate the movement of our product orders.

Position will be responsible for receiving orders from customers, acknowledging the orders, filling the orders as machines are completed, and invoicing the orders to the customer.

We need a person who will advocate for the company while working with our customers to meet requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience with customer service
• Comfortable with computer interaction using Microsoft Office
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Be a self-starter who follows through to complete tasks
• Able to learn about our products and be comfortable answering questions and solve problems
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
