Leo’s Superfood Vegan Cafe Hiring for Barista/Cashier Job at Northridge, CA Full Time

Leo’s Superfood Vegan Cafe is looking for a Barista/Cashier. Applicant should have a bubbly personality with a sunny disposition and be able to handle a lot of customers at once. We cater to people on special diets (Vegan, Keto, Paleo, Celiac plus people with allergies) so knowledge of, and interest in nutrition a plus.

Cafe is open 7 days a week and we have to double up shifts on the weekend to handle the volume. Shifts are arranged with personnel to accommodate schedules as much as possible but Barista who is leaving has morning and weekend shifts with 2 days a week off.

Base pay is $ 15 an hour plus Tips of between $ 4 and $ 8 per hour average each week. Expect 20-30 hrs per week. Preferred applicant will live close to Café to minimize travel time and have a couple of years experience. Bilingual and being Vegan a plus.
