For 45 years the Reis Insurance Agency, located in River Falls, WI., has served the residents of Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota for their personal and business insurance needs, expert advice and claims processing support. We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. A Customer Service Representative will provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Assist clients with insurance availability and coverage questions
• Process policy changes
• Assist with claims submissions
• New quoting and requoting insurance
• Billing clarification

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (phone and in person)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Strong computer skills
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Salary: $16 – $19 per hour depending on prior Insurance experience

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 35 hour work week. 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Work in office – no working remotely

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
