About the Program:
The Supported Living Program (SL) provides community living services for adults with a wide range of disabilities and mental health challenges. The SL program promotes self-determination, independence, and competence for clients. The Matching Specialist will match Direct Support Professionals with program clients. Primary duties include tracking and scheduling training and compliance for Direct Support Professionals (DSP), creating and maintaining master and real time schedules, and coordinating with our Community Living Facilitator (CLF), Program Coordinator, and Program Director to ensure client’s staffing needs are met at all times.

Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or other appropriate field preferred. Two years of experience in human services or in staffing or scheduling field required. Any other acceptable combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
