Sun Loan Company is currently looking for reliable, ambitious, and exceptional Customer Service Loan Specialists to join our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate is a positive, coachable, and dependable team-oriented individual who is driven to provide 5-star customer service in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.

As a Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will be the face of Sun Loan, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone. In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company’s success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs.

Job duties include:

• Assess customer’s loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
• Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
• Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must have availability to work:

• Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
• Fridays 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
• Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (rotational basis related to office needs).
• Some overtime may be required.
• No Sundays!
