Back Office Coordinator
Responsible for providing general administrative support to clinic and mobile operations.
Essential Functions
- Complete registration of enrolled members, update insurance, demos and risk score.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Track member consents of enrolled and engaged members.
- Conducts outreach to established members utilizing ad hoc lists, no show and canceled reports an/or assigned panel lists.
- Faxes care plan and visit summaries.
- Obtains medical records.
- Process and mail member educational materials.
- Process disenrolled members.
- Completes ongoing training to further skills and development.
- Works collaboratively with other team members.
- Ensures all member engagements are documented accurately
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma
- 1 year of related experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide equivalent background
- 1 year experience using electronic medical records
- Internet Connectivity – Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred candidates will be bilingual
- Experienced in Microsoft office
Hourly Range: $21.05-$24.03
