Our Account Manager role within our firm starts off as an entry-level position to gain the necessary skills to build up to working directly with our clients. In the beginning, they work with building new customers with exclusive promotions that our clients utilize to attract new business. Our trainees are tasked with implementing an exciting and professional demeanor when dealing with new customer acquisitions for any of our clients. The duties include daily analysis of the sales team and developing strategies to not only meet but also exceed our clients’ goals for new customers.
Tasks and Duties:
Ensure that the new customers that we acquire for our clients are the epitome of happy customers with interactions on behalf of our clients.
Utilizing our unique skills and promotional ideas we can gain new customers for our clients and these customers are exactly what our clients are seeking through metrics and analysis.
The candidate should exhibit the utmost professionalism, customer service, and sincerity when dealing with any current and future customers of our clients.
The Responsibilities of The Position:
Utilize the clients’ customer leads to provide excellent customer service and support for the sales teams
Within our organization, we pride ourselves on teamwork and communication between coworkers, customers, and clients
Constant learning and self-improvement through training and classroom learning
Working with our brand ambassadors to build community programs that increase our clients’ awareness of new promotions and services
Instill confidence in our clients’ products and services through different communications
Provide the highest standards set by our clients for new customer acquisition
Account Manager Entry Level Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, currently accepting those working on their degree as well
Minimum of 1 year of customer service
A flexible schedule is required including weekends and evenings on occasion
Experience in dealing with customers in a professional manner
Great customer service requires great people skills
Transcribe customer details efficiently and correctly for the clients
Sales, marketing, brand ambassador, or customer service experience is preferred

Pay: $49,218.46 – $57,200.33 per year
