Stonebridge Insurance & Wealth Management is hiring a full-time receptionist/client services representative to work in our fast-paced office. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills both written and oral. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering the phones.
• Greeting clients as they arrive for appointments.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting front office/conference rooms.
• Assisting clients with minor personal information changes.
• Assisting advisors with paperwork (copies, etc.)
• Scheduling and confirming client appointments.
• Client interaction-in person, written, and phone.
• Assist in the planning of client events.
• Assist with the company news letter.
• Other tasks as needed.

Skills

• Proven work experience in either sales or other customer-facing jobs.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• MS Office and English proficiency.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• High School degree.
• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
