Receiving and entering online payments and keeping providers’ ledgers will be the main role of this position.
However, providing clerical support to management and staff will also be required.
The employee will perform a variety of complex, independent decision-making skills with minimum direct supervision.

Providing customer service when clients, family or community partners come in.
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Providing administrative support.
Answering multi-line phones.
Prepare and process documents; data entry.
Maintain files and record keeping systems.
Maintains cars, Fleet Operations, and is the main point of contact for issues with cars for the team.
Receives and processes payments.
Scans Complaints and Abuse Reports.
Communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally.
Maintains basic office inventory.
Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
Maintains a professional and respectful office environment for internal and external customers.
Preference Preference may be given to candidates who speak Spanish fluently.
Typical Qualifications The Model Candidate Has at least one year of experience working in a professional office environment.
Has data entry experience.
Is detail oriented.
Works independently with little or no supervision.
Able to learn new operating systems in a quick and efficient manner.
Handles stressful situations with tact and professionalism.
Strong working knowledge of Google (gmail, maps, internet, docs, calendar, hangouts, chat).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint products.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
