This position will have temporary remote and hybrid workplace options available but will still be required to report to the listed address at the discretion of the supervisor and based on business need. This position will be expected to report to the business address listed 2 days per week.

The salary range for this position is:
$22.26 – $25.26 Hourly
$1,780.62 – $2,020.62 Biweekly
$3,858.00 – $4,378.00 Monthly
$46,296.00 – $52,536.00 Annually
This position will work under the supervision of an experienced Benefit Specialist for training purposes. While the position works independently in performing many of the assigned duties, it may not perform the full range of duties. It may perform phases of the duties that will provide the training and experience necessary to operate independently at the professional level.
This position is to provides services to managers, supervisors and employees in the areas of benefits and leave usage for various health reasons, which requires the interpretation of personnel rules and the performance of technical functions under supervisory oversight and guidance. The position also provides safety, health and wellness program information under supervisory oversight and guidance.

Education and Experience:
One year of professional level experience in a Human Resource Office administering at least one of the following:
