What You’ll Do
As an Offsite Sub Assembly Zone Leader, you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH.
You’ll get to:

• Supervise production activities: production, tooling, welding equipment and robots, receiving, tagging, housekeeping
• Coordinate schedules and manpower assignments to meet production requirements
• Understand the safe operation of all equipment
• Train employees
• Handle production personnel matters such as safety concerns, vacation, personal days, disciplinary actions, time cards, training and appraisals
• Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO 9000 and Company procedures that may include but is not limited to: Attribute monitoring, Torque monitoring, Statistical Process Control (when required), Weld Pry Checks, Double Check Verification, Control Plan Verification, Bill of Material & Specification Sheet Verification, Paint Mil Check, KVA Check, & Salt Spray Test
• Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement

• High School diploma or GED
• Mig Welding and Robotic experience a plus
• Demonstrates understanding of equipment
• Ability to change over and set up new jobs
• Skilled at running equipment
• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to interact with people
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 Standards
• Effective communication skills as well as good written skills
