Stanford Transportation manages Stanfordâs award-winning Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program, which includes sustainable commute programs, free Marguerite shuttle, free transit and car-free options, a platinum-level bicycle program, and parking operations.

What you will do in this role:
In this role, you will ensure the highest levels of customer service, serving as a primary point of contact for TDM customer service inquiries and providing customized commute planning assistance. You will also provide support for the administration of TDM programs, performing membership audits, scheduling meetings, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
The sustainable transportation administrative associate will be responsible for the following administrative responsibilities:
Customer Service (70%)
TDM Program Administration (30%)
Primary responsibility for other aspects of Stanfordâs TDM programs, including:

High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Pay Range:
The expected pay range for this position is $58,000 to $74,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
