The SPARK program at Stanford University, School of Medicine, is seeking a dynamic and visionary International Program Director to work under the SPARK Global Director. SPARK is a unique partnership between university and industry experts. This role involves working under the broad direction of faculty and management, serving as an expert advisor to faculty and staff, and having a large role in program/entity strategy development, long-range planning, and partnership development.The position is hybrid, allowing for a flexible work arrangement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
·Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, perform desk-based computer tasks.
·Occasionally use a telephone, writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weight up to 40 pounds.
·Rarely sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weight > 40 pounds.
·Ability to use voice to present information/communication with others.
·On-campus mobility.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
May travel locally and internationally.
Occasional overnight travel.
WORK STANDARDS
The expected pay range for this hybrid position is $109,000 to $168,000 per annum.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
