Term: Year-round
Shift: The standard 40-hour work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; flexible work arrangements can be proposed and are subject to approval by HR and relevant supervisors. Occasional evening and weekend hours including special events and is on-call for supervisor coverage outside of regular working hours. Summer hours shift to 10:30am – 7:30 pm or later depending on summer camps operation in the building. Travel up to 2% of the work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and national travel. Overnight trips average 1 trip per year.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience, graduate school experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications: Education: Masters Degree in Recreation Administration, Sport Management, Kinesiology or equivalent field of study. Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience experience, graduate school experience will be considered.

Prerequisites: Employment in this position is conditioned upon successful completion of a background check, which may include criminal background checks, reference checks, verification of work history, verification of any required academic credentials, licenses, and/or certifications, a motor vehicle check, verification of a DOT certification, a credit check, employment eligibility verification, and/or a pre-employment physical.
