JOB SUMMARY:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, benefits, affirmative action, departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), L & I, unemployment hearings, employee relations, training and development, compensation, organizational development.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
In charge of company-wide compliance to Handbook policy, as well as state and federal laws. Will supervise HR Generalist and any other person(s) assigned to Human Resource office.
Eligible candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen and continue to satisfy our drug testing policy, if offered employment. We are a Federal Contractor and a drug-free workplace, which includes a prohibition on marijuana use for all employees.
