The Enrollment Management Department is currently seeking an IT Technical Associate to support, maintain, and utilize various student systems and ancillary products and services that contribute to Enrollment Management initiatives and goals.
The role assists with the development of enrollment reports and analyses used in the implementation and monitoring of effective recruitment and retention processes and communications. The individual in the position will master the use of Banner Student Information System, Radius, National Student Clearinghouse Student Tracker, Starfish, Signal Vine, Lightcast, Cascade and other data resources to provide the AVC for Enrollment Management and other EM units with data necessary for decision-making, problem-solving, and assessment of short- and long-range Enrollment Management goals and priorities.
The successful candidate will attain proficiency in the University’s suite of reporting and data analysis tools, including but not limited to Argos, Constant Contact, Qualtrics, Power BI, Financial Aid Leveraging services, MS Access and Excel, and any emergent technologies acquired by the University.
