$19.00/hr minimum – $21.85/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)
The Service Desk Specialist provides initial technical assistance to all Southern Illinois Healthcare end users. This position will respond to service desk tickets received through the self-service portal, email, telephone, or in-person. They will actively monitor ticket queues in the ITSM tool to ensure a fast and accurate response meeting agreed upon Service Level Agreements, while providing outstanding customer service with a focus on quality, consistency and continual service improvement.
