Position Summary: Responsible for completion of accurate and timely invoicing while meeting department deadlines. Able to work with other team members to achieve department and company goals. Able to multi-task, manage time efficiently and be flexible to the changing demands of the business. This is a temporary 6 month hybrid role based out of our Louisville office. The pay range max for this role is $22 based on experience.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Results
Invoice clients based on contractual agreements
Reconcile invoicing and quotes to work performed
Process invoices daily by 4:00PM
Investigate and resolve issues by working with Sales Teams, Project Managers and Other Departments
Ensure accurate G/L entries related to invoicing
Must be able to work in a high-volume environment
Collaborate with other invoicing specialists and managers to ensure deadlines are met
Other Duties:
Ability to create and update customer and internal reports
Delivery of invoices via various methods including email and entry into 3rd party or customer portals – for example Tungsten, Ariba, Coupa, etc.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
Required overtime during month end close process
Competency Requirements
Ability to work without supervision
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills
Proficient with all MS Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel required
Prior invoicing experience is a plus
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years general office experience is required
Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills preferred
