Position Summary
A career in IT Service Delivery will provide the opportunity to coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoot incoming employee calls and service requests. Provides support services to employees and customers with technical problems and information technology issues involving enterprise applications, integrations, and the associated framework. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel. Partners with internal customers to continuously improve business process pertaining to service delivery. Provides case status updates to management and end-users. Supports and maintains effective relationships with users. Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT service delivery. Ensures the operation is in accordance with the established procedures and practices. Monitors performance of support personnel, reviewing response times, problem logs, and trends in problems reported. Recommends strategies and/or hardware/software enhancements to increase employee productivity.
***** PLEASE NOTE: This is a second shift position: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
This position is a REMOTE schedule but has the opportunity to go into the office for training during day shift hours as optional.
