Snowflake is seeking a HR Business Partner to support our Partner Sales and Sales Ops/Strategy leadership to provide a full range of HR business support.This hire will work closely with the global HRBP team, Partner Sales & Sales Leadership including the Sales Strategy team, COEs and key stakeholders to advise, drive strategy, and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to, People Strategy, Employee Relations, Organizational Design & Development, Leader Development and Coaching.
The ideal candidate should have experience supporting a Partner Sales or Sales Operations teams and understand how to work with and coach senior executives. Ideally, this person will have a deep understanding of the technology space and is able to influence leaders with data, and loves working in a fast paced environment where they can build relationships to affect change.
Must be interested in making a significant impact in several critical business areas in the function and excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This person will report directly to the Director, HRBP – Sales.
This role is based in our San Mateo, CA Office and 3 days a week in-office attendance is required.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
