The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting compensation administration and implementation for the organization’s various compensation programs. This includes areas related to compensation requirements, including position descriptions and evaluations, FLSA testing, salary administration and conducting compensation analyses. This position will assist with implementation of compensation programs, helping translate strategy into results.
