Key Responsibilities:
Accurate and efficient data entry of alumni information into the database.
Assist in organizing and maintaining alumni records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Perform administrative duties including filing, organizing documents, and responding to email inquiries as needed.
Collaborate with the Director of Alumni Engagement to support various projects and events.
Work independently and efficiently after initial training, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive alumni information.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry.
Previous experience with data entry and administrative tasks is preferred.
Independent and self-motivated, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of the importance of alumni relations and engagement in an educational setting.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
