Job Description: Physical Science Teacher

SmartStart Education seeks a Physical Science Teacher to teach physical science to classes of 7th and 8th grade students at a high school in Tappahannock, VA. Relocation assistance provided.

The Physical Science Teacher position starts ASAP and ends on June 1, 2023.

The Physical Science Teacher schedule is 8:00 am – 3:30 pm on all school days.

Qualified Candidates:

• Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree
• Have at least one-year teaching experience
• Understand the needs of urban students, schools, and communities
• Possess subject matter mastery
• Show a passion and commitment to the success of students
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $205/day plus a $5,000 bonus
