The Opportunity: Skagit Valley College (SVC) is accepting applications for a Fiscal Analyst 3. The Fiscal Analyst 3 is a full-time position at the SVC Business Office in Mount Vernon, Washington. The position is responsible for fiscal grant compliance and grant accounting across the college. This position inputs and monitors grant awards and budgets, develops procedures for effective monitoring of financial operations for all SVC grants and contracts and coordinates all reporting for grants with the appropriate Grant Administrators. This position acts as the lead to the Fiscal Specialist 1 – Grant Support Accountant position and reports to the Director of Business Services.
