Signarama has been serving communities with quality products and exceptional customer service for more than 35 years. We are a growing small business in Ankeny, Iowa working with a variety of types and sizes of businesses and organizations on exterior and interior signage, vehicle graphics, trade show displays and more. We are active in our community and various Chambers of Commerce as well as statewide business associations. We have built a strong team of sign professionals and a family environment where we celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and life events. We need a proven performer with exceptional communication and customer service and design skills to add to our #TeamSignSquad!

The job is full-time, Monday-Friday. and it entails:

Our projects consist of jobs as small as a single window graphic and installation to large exterior signs and graphics for new business locations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and accurately assesses all customer signage needs.
• Respond efficiently to all walk-in customers and telephone inquires to determine sign needs, provide recommendations and estimates and assist with the order process.
• Create and prepare unique and creative designs for signs and graphics
• Prepare production files for printing or cutting
• Be able to recognize sign opportunities and present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner to customers resulting in closed sales orders.
• Assure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously learn about the sign business
• Must possess the ability to organize and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Must be able to meet quick turn deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
