Job Description:

We are looking for a customer service representative to help manage new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and client communications
• Maintain company database and records
• Assist with servicing Shores Insurance clients (inactive, active, or referrals) with benefit inquiries, verifying networks/in-network physicians, making premium payments and banking changes, scheduling appointments, and all service-related requests.
• Process enrollments, terminations, and other policy change requests

Required Qualifications:

• Must obtain Idaho Health License within 90 days of employment (Reimbursement for study materials and exam fees, upon successful completion of obtaining license)
• 2+ years relevant sales or customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to type 40+ WPM
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Availability to work full time in our Meridian Office M-F 9am-5pm. **Possible overtime during Open Enrollment October 15 – December 15)**
• Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies or any charges related to theft, fraud, violent crimes, or sexual assault)

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
