Select Medical Looking for Temporary Payroll Services Helpline Specialist at Mechanicsburg, PA  Full Time

We are looking for an individual with strong customer service skills to assist our payroll tax department with answering phone calls/emails during the tax season. This is a temporary position starting in December 2023 and ending in April 2024 with the potential to become a regular full-time position.

The right candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and positively, and a lot of patience.
• All calls are being answered “live”; only opportunity for leaving a message is when wait time becomes too long or after 5:00pm EST.
• You do not need payroll or tax knowledge – we are willing to train you.

• Previous customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivilant required
