Position Summary
South Seattle College is looking to hire a Justice Involved Solutions (JIS) Program Manager in the JIS Department.
Salary Range for this position is $55,251 to $69,035 annually.

Position Summary
South Seattle College is seeking a Justice Involved Solutions (JIS) Program Manager will provide critical administrative task, contract management, and oversight of a JIS programing to increase the college’s capacity to serve current and formerly incarcerated students as well as development of college and community collaborations that support the program goals. Ensuring that the JIS program is a core part of the College’s persistence and completion strategy for justice involved students. The JIS Program Manager will take a key leadership role for the program operations, budgeting, and resources to ensure program effectiveness and that performance expectations are met.

Appointment of the successful candidate to this position will be contingent upon a satisfactory outcome of a criminal conviction background check to meet contractual obligations with criminal justice agencies.
This position is Full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00am-5:00pm.
This position is governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with representation by WFSE and subject to union shop provisions.
