Summary:
Seagen is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals who will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects for the Technical Operations organization. These individuals will work in close partnership with Project Sponsors, GTD (Global Technical Development) Leaders, Functional Project Leaders, and Project Sub-Team Leaders to manage the effective execution and delivery of their projects and their project portfolio. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director Project Management Office.

The hiring pay range for this position is $ 143,000 – $184,800 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus .
