Summary:
The successful candidate will work in the Analytical Sciences Department within Technical Development. The candidate will be expected to work in a highly collaborative, cross functional team environment. The primary role of the Lab Tech is to work with research associates and scientists to provide lab support. Key responsibilities will involve maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment, maintaining laboratory organization and supply of commonly used consumables and the preparation of buffers and reagents in addition to various other laboratory management tasks. Maintenance of an electronic laboratory notebook is required. The Lab Tech II will interact with other groups at Seagen, including Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving and Facilities.

The hiring pay range for this position is $54,000 – $70,000per year based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
