Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Quality Learning and Effectiveness is a people manager role that manages the learning team (within Research and Development Quality) and leads the strategy, execution, and maintenance of the GxP Learning Program in support of the Quality Management System. This position influences the entire Development organization by contributing to cross-functional learning strategies while providing opportunities to drive continuous improvement. As our Quality Organization continues to support ongoing business, we’re also continuously improving and transforming our processes to support the future state of our organization. This individual will help drive this transformation. Ability to formulate and execute change strategy, lead cross-functional teams and drive decisions, as well as to effectively lead/collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders for value-added impact, will be key to success in this role. You will be responsible for driving process excellence, continuous improvement, and project management in an area where technology and business often intersect. Your expertise in change management and agile scrum will be very beneficial in ensuring the success of our quality initiatives.

The hiring pay range for this position is $156,000 to $202,000 per year based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
