Overview

In this field-based leadership role you will have a unique opportunity to lead a team of 10 ‘Field Access Managers’ and deliver upon and evolve an industry leading patient experience for patients battling serious and rare diseases. The Director, Field Access Managers will leverage his/her reimbursement and access expertise and demonstrated leadership experience to lead the field-based Field Access Manager team in identifying, understanding, and addressing challenges impacting patients’ access to Insmed’s products as prescribed by the HCP. The Director, Field Access Managers will be a member of the Patient Support Services Leadership team, and will report to Senior Director, Field Access Managers. A key component of this role is to establish collaborative relationships with Field Sales, Marketing, Channel Management, Market Access, Patient Support Leadership Team, Analytics, and Compliance colleagues to support patient access. This position will have responsibility for the following territories; Great Lakes St. Louis-Chicago-Indianapolis, South Ohio-Kentucky, North-Ohio-Buffalo, Mid-Atlantic.

Salary Range
Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
The base salary range for this job is from $171,000.00 to $239,667.00 per year
