Job Description:
SUNY Schenectady County Community College’s Foundation Office is seeking a full-time Stewardship Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Vice President of Development and External Affairs, the Stewardship Officer is responsible for performing a variety of complex and confidential duties and special projects related to accomplishing the fund development goals established by the Foundation Board of Directors. Primary responsibilities include maintaining positive donor relations and deepening relationships to ensure ongoing and long-term donor support of SUNY Schenectady, developing and implementing a comprehensive stewardship program, recruiting volunteers, and providing high-quality communications, recognition and engagement for donors of all gift levels. The Stewardship Officer does not have supervisory responsibilities.
