Scenic West Design, LLC Hiring for Growth Marketer (Remote, Full-Time) Job at Remote Full Time

As Growth Marketer at Scenic West, you’ll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives, website conversion funnels, and other methods of increasing our agency’s revenue growth through client acquisition. You’ll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals, working with our in-house team or contractors to produce supporting creative assets, blog content, or other materials to drive business development. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the CEO and other team leads to establish a holistic growth strategy, including new product/service offerings and refining our sales process from a conversion rate optimization and customer experience perspective.
Requirements

• You have experience manage developing a holistic growth marketing strategy for a growing creative agency or tech startup
• You’re an expert in SEO/SEM, blog content, email, social media advertising campaign strategy.
• You are a strong copywriter and enjoy writing both website content and blog content
• You have experience running LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media accounts and related ad campaigns.
• You’re highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
• You can optimize landing pages, site/blog content, and user funnels.
• You are skilled in experimentation.
• You have experience with Google Analytics and other tools to make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• You have experience with Google Ads.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
• You enjoy a challenge and the opportunity to help a business grow.
