We are currently seeking a full-time Health Information Technology Specialist to join our team at our Bigfork or Cook, MN clinic locations.

Health Information Technology Specialist Responsibilities:

• Provides desktop support and assistance for IT and EMR related systems
• Performs on/off site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of technology issues
• Accurately logs and documents all incidents, service requests, and projects
• Creates and maintains IT resource and inventory management systems
• Collaborate and maintain a working relationship with direct External vendors to fulfill IT needs
• Assist in updates to the EMR system in collaboration with other HIT team members
• Manage processes regarding data privacy and HIPAA security
• Configure and deploy IT hardware including PCs, laptops, and printers
• Document IT procedures and workflows
• Provide IT training and orientation for staff
• Other duties as assigned

Health Information Technology Specialist Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Health Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, active directory
• Electronic Health Record Systems experience preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Valid Driver’s license with the ability to travel to all 9 sites (no overnight stays)

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
