Saunders Staffing is recruiting for full time and part time sales recruiters in the Virginia area.

Schedule full time M-F 8-5 or part time, evenigs and weekends. FLEXIBLE HOURS

Requirements

GED or high school diploma, consent to screening, sales experience preferred. Computer skills and communication skills. Two years experience in an office.

Job duties

Attend job fairs, expos, recruit staff for diversified segments, emphasis on medical nurses and certified nursing assistants across the state; Virginia territorry, build personnel files for new hires. Make outgoing calls to customers and to applicants. Must have good phone skills and be experienced in time management, use Salesforce software.

Schedule screenings and run background checks as needed. Some travel for face to face interview and hiring.

Bid on contracts.

Sales background beneficial, client development and marketing skills helpful as well.

Computer skills, customer service. Good organizational skills.

Screen and interview potential new hires.
