Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Program Manager (Newark) within the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. The primary purpose of the Research Program Manager is to establish workflows and processes to support high-quality clinical research activities in Newark’s Office of Human Research Services. This individual is responsible for planning, supervising and monitoring the daily work of all research staff supporting these activities. Assures that all clinical research conducted within the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey is according to Good Clinical Practice(GCP) guidelines as well as applicable Institutional, State and Federal regulations and guidelines. In addition, this position is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives established by the leadership team. This position will workout of University Hospital-Newark.
