The Cummings School of Architecture offers an array of
undergraduate, graduate and professional degree programs, undergraduate minor and graduate certificate programs in Architecture, Art and
Architectural History, Preservation Studies, Preservation Practices, Real Estate, and Urban and Regional Planning. Advisement for dual
degrees, degree(s) + minor(s), and graduate degree + graduate certificates is widely available. The Cummings School was re-dedicated in 2022
following a major gift from the Cummings Foundation.

and Urban and Regional Planning degree, minor and graduate certificate programs.

Requirements:
For ARCH 100, ARCH 113, ARCH 213, ARCH 281/544: Architecture professional
degree and professional experience required.
For ARCH 335/536: Architectural professional degree and
professional experience, or engineering degree with P.E. qualification and professional experience.
For AAH 121,
122: Ph.D. or ABD in Architectural or Art History, teaching experience.
For REAL 101:
graduate or doctoral degree, teaching experience and professional experience in Real Estate, Planning, Preservation or related fields.
All Positions: Advanced degrees, previous teaching experience including engaging students from varying educational levels, and
professional registration preferred.
At the University’s discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted
where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience
specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
