The Opportunity:
As the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator at Roehl Transport, you make a difference by supporting and facilitating the training and professional development of our team. You do this primarily by supporting, designing, developing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining the content of our Learning Management System. Roehl’s learners consume most of our content digitally and on mobile devices. This will provide you with a unique environment with which to manage learning content, maintain accurate records and reports, and work directly with our Learning & Development Team and other HR systems.

The Experience:
We are looking for someone who has 2 or more years of experience administering a Learning Management or similar HR system, has the technical skill to troubleshoot issues, and understands directory, files structures, and systems.

Preferred experience includes completed coursework or certifications related to LMS administration, knowledge management, course design and development, and knowledge of web design technologies (such as HTML), and/or and associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
