Position Summary: Provides support for Branch or Region and a specific function within the business.
The position will involve daily review of the field technicians time for completion and accuracy comparing the time clocked for payroll purposes to work tickets. The employee will need to be comfortable with making multiple phone calls on a daily basis to discuss issues and discrepancies identified with employees as well as management.
Provide operations support and documentation support for Managers, including PO and AP coding assistance as well as sales invoicing when required.
Will assist dispatch as needed and serve as backup for the position
