Given how much we are growing, we have created a new leadership position within the human resources team and seek an HR Business Partner. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide support to our field leadership team and their district portfolios located in IL, WI, OH, and MI. This position will play a critical role in supporting strategic priorities and operational functions in areas such as performance management, succession planning, employee relations, talent management, engagement, culture, and workforce planning. Additionally, the HRBP will be instrumental in implementing new and impactful HR programs, policies, and processes that embrace diversity, foster inclusion, and promote equity throughout Right at School and will play a critical role in developing other HR professionals.
