Job Description:

• Reviewing and processing weekly payroll for 125+ associates.
• Review computed wages and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll prior to transmittal.
• Benefits Management – Medical Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and LTD
• Assist with processing weekly payroll- time clock reconciliation, weekly/monthly bonuses.
• Process PCN, provide Employee Benefit Summary.
• Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll and HR matters.
• Maintain files of employee’s payroll information.
• Process any disability or workmen’s compensation claims.
• Manage daily interactions with payroll and benefit providers.
• Familiarity with laws regarding FLSA, FMLA, ACA, EEOC.
• On-boarding – Packet 1 and Packet 2.
• Assist in general HR administrative functions.

Requirements:

• 5 years plus of processing payroll or related experience preferred.
• Full time availability (this is not a work from home position)
• Payroll experience with Paylocity a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Excel and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
