We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform administrative and office support activities, track bids and invoicing through various programs, as well as support the office with daily activities and answer the phone

Responsibilities:

• Contract documentation and job tracking through software programs
• Process fire sprinkler and alarm inspections paperwork
• Coordinate with field employees
• Create invoices in QuickBooks
• Answer phones
• Perform other various clerical duties such as word processing, data entry, and photocopying as needed

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or Associates Degree preferred
• 5 years Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Knowledge of construction industry a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and be proactive
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $27.00 per hour
