QCSS is looking for a Business Development Associate with demonstrated results in developing sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of QCSS services to achieve increased sales and profitability while helping clients reach their goals. This individual will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients and managing and growing business with existing clients with corporate clients, non-profits, and associations.
Responsibilities:
· Initiate client/vendor relationships to serve new and existing client with an increasing level of support and service to achieve their goals.
· Reach out to existing and prospective clients using all forms of communication to understand and, if appropriate, solve their marketing or fundraising issues.
· Match programs to client requirements and bring programs to provide solution to meet their needs.
· Generate proposals, projections, contracts, and all need correspondence.
· Collaborate with QCSS colleagues to ensure client satisfaction with services provide and company profit.
· Report and communicate frequently and bi-directionally.
· Communication will be phone and other forms electronic communication with clients.
· Some travel required to visit clients, attend industry conferences, and/or visit QCSS’ locations in Deer Park, IL and St Cloud, MN.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree preferred in a technology or business or equivalent experience
· 5 plus years’ experience in sales or sales support experience.
· Experience with fundraising or media sales a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM
· Excellent organization and administrative skills
· Familiarity with telemarketing or direct mail industries a plus
· Social media skills, such as LinkedIn, for cultivating clients preferred

Pay estimated at $60,000 – $75,000 per year (guaranteed base draw against commission structure).
