IT Help Desk Technician
IT Help Desk Technician works to ensure all help desk functions and backend systems are handled in a complete and timely manner.
This role is the first contact for support requests for the IT Department. This position will perform a mixture of remote support for end-user computers, application software support, and systems administration.
This individual will have extensive knowledge on a wide range of technology subject matter, providing a central point of communications and collecting and analyzing help desk metrics are regular functions of this position.
This position wherever located will work to 8AM-5PM (EST) time zone schedule.
