Job Description
The Analyst, HR Audit & Compliance is responsible for research and maintenance of data, reporting, and access that supports HR process and procedure related to US Employment Law, compliance with Company policy, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA), and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) for applicable Publicis agencies in the US.
The Analyst will work closely with the Manager of HR Compliance to create custom reporting and provide data in support of policy and process updates across the Marketing Services division. This includes information needed for the Company’s Affirmative Action Programs for participating agencies, the preparation and defense of OFCCP desk audit submissions as necessary, compilation of annual EEO submissions, population data to support changes in law across the US, and auditing of contents and access for various technology tools
The ideal candidate will understand the development and implementation of various human resources policies and processes which drive our business to ensure a compliant workforce. They will be well-versed in data best practices as it relates to corporate governance. They are professionals of high ethical standards with a focus on confidentiality, and work diligently to complete their duties, keeping in mind the objectives of the business. They are also comfortable saying “no” when necessary and focus on time-bound results.

Compensation Range: $53,500 – $63,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
